Residency at 5280 is a collective effort of architecture, design, construction, and marketing. Every team member is dedicated to bringing forward the finest in urban architecture, creating homes that reflect Colorado's active lifestyle.
Greg Krom is the President of 303 Development. He has over 20 years of construction experience building in the Denver Metro Area. This experience includes a wide range from Remodel, Multifamily, Commercial and High-End Custom Homes. Greg has helped guide and developed over 400 projects becoming one of the most prominent and well recognized General Contractors in the Rocky Mountain Region. Greg’s extensive experience with Design, Estimating, Budget Development, and Project Management provides the mainframe for 303’s success.
Over the past few years, 303 Development has specialized in larger projects ranging from 3 to 6 Million. These projects have involved building with both the International Residential Code and International Building Code. These projects have ranged from Multi-Unit Townhouse Construction to Office / Warehouse space.
Greg is involved with numerous charities. Most prominently as an Executive Board Member for the Home Builders Foundation. From 2011-2014 he was in charge of all the construction for the foundation. He was also a 2007 Man of Year for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
Greg Krom has been recognized by several local and regional publications throughout his career. Including a Who’s Who in the Colorado Construction Industry. Greg graduated with a BSBA in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. He was a 4-year letter winner for the Universities Baseball Team.
David Berton is leader in architecture with 20+ years in developing and managing the construction of numerous residences in the region. He received his Bachelors and Master’s Degrees in Architecture from the University of Florida in 1992 and moved to Denver shortly thereafter. After ten years as the lead architect and construction manager for a local developer, David founded the design firm Real Architecture and the construction company, Unreal Construction.
Recognized in 2003 as one of the region’s Top Ten design/Build firms by Colorado Construction Magazine, the companies have established a stellar reputation in the industry. Davis was selected as one of the “40 under 40” business leaders by the Denver Business Journal and continues to serve on various boards and Civic centered enterprises.
He has taught at the University of Colorado Architecture Master’s program and in 2011, RealArchitecture won the Denver Mayor’s Design Award, “ Home is where the Art is.”

Kyle and Eric Ballew
Kyle and Erin are experienced Real Estate agents with Modus Real Estate They have been involved with Residency at 5280 since its inception and are very knowledgeable about every phase of the project. Kyle also has a degree in construction management in addition to his 10+ years of construction experience.
